I’ve been bringing my Lexus here for 9 years, and I continue to receive excellent customer service every visit. My recent service experience was no exception. Patrick, my service advisor, was transparent, considerate, and very professional throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s always reassuring to work with a team that consistently delivers great service and truly cares about their customers.

I brought my 2011 Lexus ES 350 in for diagnosis of some suspension issues. The service writer - Ryan - treated me with courtesy, explained which repairs were more pressing, and left me with information about additional repairs (I had to consider the investment with an older model). I was provided with a loaner, and got my car the next day. Dino settled my account fairly. Overall, a nice repair experience.

From the time I got to Lexus Highland Park until my car was finished everyone was cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. The persons who checked me I were efficient and had my information pulled up before I even turned off my car. The Service Associate Ryan was pleasant and informative about services that needed to be done. He is always friendly and treats me like family. Service was completed earlier than I expected. Car was returned to me look wonderful inside and out. I’m always happy to bring my car to Lexus of Highland Park because they always make me feel comfortable and taken care of, whether I wait for my car or get a courtesy car.

Recently brought in our vehicle for a 20K-mile service. The service department was excellent in terms of professionalism and coordination. Prices were fair, and they even offered same-day turnaround on a small dent and scratch. The vehicle was returned immaculate, and they took the time to clean the winter floor mats. Both Christian and Ryan were pleasant to work with.

Service: Older Lexus (not purchased here but serviced). I received an independent inspection from a small mechanic shop that advised I bring to my vehicle to Lexus for a rather large service and transaction. I came to Lexus of Highland Park for service and worked with Katy as well as Stanley and could not be happier with my experience. Katy provided consistent updates, was understanding and patient throughout the process. Stanley stepped in, given the severity of the issue, and gave us assurance, peace of mind, and a detailed explanation of everything that was going to be done and what to expect next. I am writing this review a few months after service and can say I am happy with my decision and experience - especially given the magnitude of the issue we had! I needed to get my wheel locks removed but I didn’t have the key. So, when I went to Lexus of Highland Park i didn’t know what to expect, thinking the worse. Let me tell you though, the service I received was above and beyond exceptional. From the moment I pulled into the bay, I was greeted by Eric with a kind gesture of good morning; how can I help you today. There was another young lady as well, who was very helpful. I’m sorry, but I didn’t get her name. They directed me to a service representative by the name of Patrick who was extremely benevolent from the get-go. I explained my wheel lock situation to Patrick and he immediately had one of his technicians remove all four of my wheel locks without hesitation, without questioning and he had my car washed. And by Patrick’s recommendation, I was also very fortunate to pick up a key for my wheel locks from their parts department. Lexus‘s motto is the pursuit of perfection and let me tell you what the service department they met that perfection thank you very much to everyone that made me feel like a VIP! I recently brought my Lexus RX 350 into Lexus at Highland Park for an oil change and to have a noise checked out that I’d been hearing from the back of the vehicle. They weren’t able to fully diagnose the noise before closing and needed more time, but my service advisor Patrick H. immediately offered me a loaner—no hesitation, no hassle. The whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. The next morning, I received a call explaining what they believed was causing the noise. I’ll admit, I was a little unconvinced at first because it sounded like it was coming from a different area of the car. Since the repair wasn’t under warranty and would be out of pocket, I asked if I could come in to test drive it before moving forward. Patrick was completely understanding and arranged for me to come back the next day to do a short drive with the technician who worked on my vehicle. As it turns out, the technicians were absolutely spot on—it was coming from the sunroof, not the rear like I initially thought. I really appreciated their thoroughness and professionalism, and Patrick’s willingness to work with me to make sure I felt confident before proceeding. Overall, a very pleasant and professional experience. Lexus at Highland Park truly takes extreme care when servicing vehicles. Highly recommend!

Today we are giving five stars because of Patrick (think he's one of the technicians). The battery on my mom's 1.5 year old (15k mi) car died inexplicably. We asked why and some mouthy service guy blamed it on inaccurate assumptions about my mom's driving habits (pro tip: some people are just incompetent and agist, ask for someone besides Dino), but Patrick saved the day!! He took the time to understand the situation, think through the facts, politely ask clarifying questions, and ultimately suss out the cause of the problem. Thanks Patrick!!! Hey Dino: turns out, if you store your key fob too close to your car, over time it kills the car and the fob batteries. You will also have to look up "Faraday cage," because the solution is to store your key in one. In the future, if you don't know something, have some humility and just say so. Don't make something up and blame my mom - that just makes you a jerk.

Lexus of Highland Park stands as my preferred Lexus dealership. Despite visiting several locations, I must assert that this particular establishment surpasses all others in my opinion. Although I reside closer to another Lexus dealership, I make the effort to travel further solely to experience the exceptional customer service provided by Lexus of Highland Park. Upon arrival, I am greeted with a warm smile. My service advisor, Ryan, consistently remembers my name during each visit. He maintains a professional and courteous demeanor. On a few occasions, I have encountered other service advisors, and they were equally competent, along with the service manager, Stanley. The team at Lexus of Highland Park is exceptional and will undoubtedly remain my top choice for vehicle servicing.

Dana Anderson is a treasure to the car-buying world. Her title of "Master Certified Lexus Consultant" is spot on. Far and away the best experience I've had in 30 years of car buying. She answered my mirriad of questions, found the exact car I wanted (and brought it in from out of state!), and did all the paperwork digitally so the car pickup was fast and efficient. If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend Dana at Lexus of Highland Park.

I took my “new” pre-owned Lexus to Lexus of Highland Park for a duplicate key fob. I was treated wonderfully by Ryan. The work was done quickly and for less money than I expected. Also the service area is spotless with a comfortable waiting area. I will definitely return when I need service in the future.

I am a longtime customer of Lexus of Highland Park. That is due, in no small part, to the great service that I have always received from its Service Department. I recently had my 2019 ES 350 in for routine service. After rotating my tires, a tire pressure sensor was not working, so I needed to bring the car back the next day. My Service Advisor, Arvin, together with his colleagues, discovered that I could have all 4 sensors replaced at no cost to me. In addition, Arvin was able to get me a loaner for both days that my car was in the shop. All in all, really great work!

I was able to get an appointment right away. They took me in right away and I was given a loaner car. Dino explained everything to me on the workings of the car. He called me almost exactly when he expected my car to be done. It was the price I expected except when I got home I noticed a $6.15 charge that didn't make sense so I mentioned that on the survey they had sent me and Dino called within a 1/2 hour to explain it. Honestly it is a stupid charge but apparently it has been on all the past bills too and I just missed it. Extra parts needed. I actually went back through my bills and I do see it, under misc. at the end. Between $6-9:00 That is my only complaint, the bills are very long and wordy thus often confusing. Just say what you did and how much parts and labor was. I appreciate the time Dino takes with me, but I like everything explained. Totally love the car wash......

My reason for a 3-star rating is because of price switching. Back in September I negotiated a price for a new set of tires, when I arrived to get them installed, the price was almost $200 higher. Then in October I called to schedule a 30,000 mile maintenance service and was quoted $505 minus a 15% Vertrans discount. When I arrived I was told the price would be $689 minus a 15% Vetrans discount. I see this as either miscommunication or price jacking. In other words buyer beware. I eventually got both prices adjusted to the original quotes but it took Management to get involved. I double check everything before I sign any agreement, but I wonder how many poor fools don't and get taken for the higher price. I'd like to add that Arvin and Patrick were a delight to work with at check-in - check-out. Both were extremely helpful and bent over backward to ensure I received quality service. I give them both 5-star rattings. Thank you Arvin and Patrick!
