The quality of the service provided on my vehicle was excellent as usual. However, there was a misunderstanding and the service department provided more service than what I had requested. When I communicated the misunderstanding to Mr. Lopez he immediately acknowledged that the mistake was on their end, not mine. Without any hesitation he removed all charges for services that I had not specifically requested. I was very impressed with the professionalism that Mr Lopez exhibited in handling what could have been an uncomfortable situation. “ I was able to get an appointment right away. They took me in right away and I was given a loaner car. Dino explained everything to me on the workings of the car. He called me almost exactly when he expected my car to be done. It was the price I expected except when I got home I noticed a $6.15 charge that didn't make sense so I mentioned that on the survey they had sent me and Dino called within a 1/2 hour to explain it. Honestly it is a stupid charge but apparently it has been on all the past bills too and I just missed it. Extra parts needed. I actually went back through my bills and I do see it, under misc. at the end. Between $6-9:00 That is my only complaint, the bills are very long and wordy thus often confusing. Just say what you did and how much parts and labor was. I appreciate the time Dino takes with me, but I like everything explained. Totally love the car wash...... ”

“ My reason for a 3-star rating is because of price switching. Back in September I negotiated a price for a new set of tires, when I arrived to get them installed, the price was almost $200 higher. Then in October I called to schedule a 30,000 mile maintenance service and was quoted $505 minus a 15% Vertrans discount. When I arrived I was told the price would be $689 minus a 15% Vetrans discount. I see this as either miscommunication or price jacking. In other words buyer beware. I eventually got both prices adjusted to the original quotes but it took Management to get involved. I double check everything before I sign any agreement, but I wonder how many poor fools don't and get taken for the higher price. I'd like to add that Arvin and Patrick were a delight to work with at check-in - check-out. Both were extremely helpful and bent over backward to ensure I received quality service. I give them both 5-star rattings. Thank you Arvin and Patrick! ”

“ I recently brought my Lexus RX 350 into Lexus at Highland Park for an oil change and to have a noise checked out that I’d been hearing from the back of the vehicle. They weren’t able to fully diagnose the noise before closing and needed more time, but my service advisor Patrick H. immediately offered me a loaner—no hesitation, no hassle. The whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. The next morning, I received a call explaining what they believed was causing the noise. I’ll admit, I was a little unconvinced at first because it sounded like it was coming from a different area of the car. Since the repair wasn’t under warranty and would be out of pocket, I asked if I could come in to test drive it before moving forward. Patrick was completely understanding and arranged for me to come back the next day to do a short drive with the technician who worked on my vehicle. As it turns out, the technicians were absolutely spot on—it was coming from the sunroof, not the rear like I initially thought. I really appreciated their thoroughness and professionalism, and Patrick’s willingness to work with me to make sure I felt confident before proceeding. Overall, a very pleasant and professional experience. Lexus at Highland Park truly takes extreme care when servicing vehicles. Highly recommend! ”
